包括面试者和面试官的
面试者的表格主要是为了方便了解一些基础信息，免得在面试时才问
面试官的表格主要是为了能把之前编写的评分标准真正推下去，防止面试过程中漏掉哪块标准
表格形式需要讨论，可能是xls表格或者网页，网页方便在 GitHub 上管理，表格方便打印

当然就是无聊没事干看以前文档临时想到的，大三大二的可以周末讨论下有没有必要，制作的话如果我有空可以做个xls表格...
