Describe the bug
FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'img/<picture_name>.jpg'
After sending bot a photo

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Delete img directory
Start bot
/start
Name sticker pack
Send picture
Crash happens

Expected behavior
Bot accepts photo and crops out background

Additional context
Bot fails to create img directory if it did not exist
