Can the id of the created object be retrieved? (Role, Group etc)

I am using Kiota sdk and I need the id information of the role or group created at some point in the application I am developing. Is there any way to get it? It can be found by searching by group name, but since group names are not unique, there may be other groups with the same group name, to prevent this, it would be great if the id information can be retrieved after the group or role is created.
