Support bytecode hash check in zkEVM circuit

Currently we cannot enable check for bytecode hash in zkEVM circuit because circuit impl expects hash to be keccak256 while cluster calculates it with Poseidon

We need to come to agreement on which hash shall we use and enable bytecode hash checks after that
