sh404sef compatibility

Many requests from users to make Ninjaboard compatible with sh404sef.

Most of these users prefer Ninjaboard above any other Forum extension for Joomla.

At this time the settings within sh404sef to skip Ninjaboard from sh404sef generated URLs, are not working.
With sh404sef enabled and Ninjaboard skipped from it, Ninjaboard doesn't follow it's own URLs through Joomla routing.
Still sh404sef disturbs this in an odd way.
The most problems are occurring when there are save/upload actions like: topic creation, replying on posts, file uploads, avatar uploads. Especially it's about incorrect redirecting the form/save action.
We might need to rework the sef_ext plugin to make Ninjaboard fully compatible with sh404sef.

The current sef_ext plugin for Ninjaboard is giving an error 310 page, like constantly looping caused by too many redirects.

For test purposes I've a contact who has the full version of sh404sef.
He is kind to provide us access if needed.
