AES-GCM is addition to AES-CBC is requested.

Use case:
protected, dynamic JWT generation
specific application that receives aes-gcm encrypted blobs

AES-GCM is available in PKCS#11 3.0 as well, so features parity ReST/PKCS#11 could be maintained.

Priority: Low, longterm
