Purpose:
First fully coupled run using latest BLOM (hybrid vertical coordinate ) and CAM (SE-58 vertical leves)

This is to demonstrate that a fully coupled configuration using the latest BLOM and CAM (SE grid) can run stably for 10 years and produce reasonable results.
