Progress report: Pangeo software stack has been added (Galaxy Climate JupyterLab) and we are now working on builing Galaxy tools:

Get metadata from intake-esm, intake-stacs and intake (input is a yaml or json catalog and output is metdata with list of item in the catalog such as variables, dates, etc.)
Should we get a new datatype (intake catalog) so that we can develop tools taking directly intake catalog?
