在 #202 遇到想要用 enum 來定義 submission status，但發現目前並沒有這樣的 type，需要討論一下如何定義這些，或許用 python 內建的 enum 就可以？但可能也要多考慮一下跟 API 這層還有 ORM 部分的整合？
