我記錄一下此 Issue 跟 #76 的限制

admin 開帳號的需求我想到通常是開 admin / teacher，因為學生都會由 admin / teacher 從 course member 裡面開
- 目前 POST /user 是沒有 role, displayedName 欄位的
- 而多個帳號原本的 batch signup 即可達成，因為 course 是 optional
- 因此前端 admin 開帳號不管一人多人，應都會先使用 batch signup，前端 UI 可以為一人的情境另外設計 UI（可重用目前 admin User edit form），POST /user 就先放著
另外目前後端的 User(u).info 僅包含 md5 不包含 Email，但在 admin / teacher 角度是會需要 Email
