Listing start time and add items as favorite

Would love to see some kind of start function for new listings.
You add a listing, and set it to start on a later time.

That makes it so people can see a new entry that is set to start the day after at 12. Then you can add it as a favorite and then track when bids come in.

Would also like to see some kind of minimum credits or a start credit.

It might be outside the scope of the assignment, but the start time have a big part of my plans.
