Steps to Reproduce

Double clicking on a *.xsdb database file in Windows Explorer or Windows desktop.

Observed Behaviour

Cross Section Viewer software launches, but opens with the last used database.

Expected Behaviour

Cross Section Viewer software launches with the database open that was double clicked in Windows.
