Dynamic display units

Let the user change the units of display throughout the user interface without changing the units of the underlying database.

I recommend doing this in the main options screen. This gets saved as user software settings. There should be a radio button for allowing the user to switch between using the units referred to in the database (default) or overriding them on all screens.
