Observed Behavior

When you click to drag the availability in a TimeSlot, it doesn't save properly. Not all changed timeslots reflect properly in the view.
Affects both User settings > Schedule Settings and DesignReviewDetailPage.

Expected Behavior

Should save precisely the selected timeslots the user input, and those same timeslots should be reflected in the view-only availability view.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to one of the affected pages.
  2. Edit availability by clicking/dragging the mouse to select available times.
  3. Save the availability, and pull up the view.
  4. Observe how the availability (sometimes) does not match what is input.
