Description

Create a component to display all of a user's announcements. See mock for how it should look. To complete this, create hooks for getting and removing a user's unread announcements

Acceptance Criteria

  • created hook for getting and removing announcements
  • created component to display announcements

Proposed Solution

see other hooks on Finishline for reference and see how we create detail cards throughout finishline
