Description

AP LEDs are sometimes not reflecting changes in light up state, and the yellow LED is kind of useless. Investigate fixing this.

Acceptance Criteria

LEDs have defined, predicatable and verbose behaviors. Edit existing alfa led ap script.

Proposed Solution

Change LEDs to red blink on/off, and yellow maybe a way to check argos status.
