A document describing the problem and the proposed solution.

To Do:

Write a proposal — include:
- A clear statement of the problem
- Description of the target audience and user needs
- Research conclusions
- Description of the proposed solution
- Rough timeline with dates for deliverables
- Stakeholder names, team member names, roles, and contact info

Your proposal must be pitched to your core mentor before submission to your partner.
