The data I obtained is' unknown '. Is there any rule for this? Or is there a problem with the code I wrote? Can you give me a demo? Only obtain the user's profile picture and nickname, using the user's teamUserId

Can I only access user information that exists in my friend list?
If I want to obtain user information from someone who is not my friend? What should I do?
