Describe the bug

Azure portal should be considered as a safe image source for package readme. Currently, the domain of the Azure storage container is in form of .blob.core.windows.net.

Please consider *.blob.core.windows.net as a safe image source in order to show the images in Azure in package readme.

Repro Steps

  1. Visit NuGet.org project site at https://www.nuget.org/packages/PortML.Documents/
  2. Scroll to Wharf section as below
    image
  3. The image in Wharf section cannot be show. The image location should be as below:
    https://o2desstorage.blob.core.windows.net/public/portml/portml_wharf.png

Expected Behavior

The images stored in *.blob.core.windows.net can be shown in package readme.

Could you please take a look? What is the process for adding new image hosting into allow list?
