Chapter size selector

This one is pretty easy. It allows the user to select from a dropdown list of predefined chapter sizes. The smallest size will be 3,000 words. I guess the largest size will be 10,000 words. The user needs to be warned that the larger the size of each chapter, more tokens will be required to write the book.
