Not able to plot IQ data received from bladerf -cli command received sample.csv file.

Hi,

I am using bladerf SDR for collecting I&Q signals for a range of frequency and saving same in samples.csv file. By using variours tools available specially using octave metlab I am not able to get a proper veriried data of scanned output file. kindly help me to get the output data verified.
I am getting plot chart by the data is not upto satisfied with given data and signal.
