/home "The home home does not point to a valid location

What is the bug?
/sethome sets a home and /home takes you home.

After any serer restart the /home command comes back with: /home home does not point to a valid location

What version of Nucleus are you running?
Nucleus-2.4.0-MC1.12.2-SpongeAPI7.3-plugin.jar

What version of Sponge are you running?
spongeforge-1.12.2-2838-7.3.0

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set a home with /home
2. Restart server
3. try to tp home with /home
4. receive missing message

Expected behavior
Just want to keep homes for all players

I found one other person with this problem on a server and he said something regarding: "uuid-migration" fixed the problem?
