In DMS_substitutions.csv, SPG1_STRSG_Olson_2014 and SPG1_STRSG_Wu_2016 both cover the region 1-448; however, SPG1_STRSG_Olson_2014 has a MSA_N_eff of 0.008 and SPG1_STRSG_Wu_2016 has a N_eff of 600.

These correspond to alignment files SPG1_STRSG_full_11-26-2021_b07.a2m and SPG1_STRSG_full_b0.1.a2m, respectively.

Is there a reason these are different?
