We've come a long way since https://obofoundry.org/docs/ReviewCriteriaPolicies.html was created. It currently says:

Draft criteria/policies
OBO Foundry ontologies are reviewed primarily by how well they apply the currently accepted [OBO Foundry Principles](http://www.obofoundry.org/principles/fp-000-summary.html).

Unfortunately, the principles themselves are sometime ambiguous or lack clear guidance on how they should be implemented. The Editorial WG is working with the OBO Foundry Coordinators to make it easier to follow the principles.

More information and links will be provided here as this effort moves forward.

Is there anything we might want to update there?

The indicated page is for the manual review process that we used to use for Library -> Foundry status changes. As we no longer make such distinctions, the idea of manual review for anything other than new ontologies is moot.

We need instead to remove any links to:

https://obofoundry.org/docs/ReviewCriteriaPolicies.html
https://obofoundry.org/docs/ReviewProcessGuidelines.html

and possibly others. The EWG will look into this and come up with a list of pages needing revisions/removals. A quick check indicates that many--but not all--pages associated with the old review process (including the table of reviewed ontologies) have already been unlinked from the site.

Ok, sounds good! I await the list from the EWG.

There are only two files on the list:

• _includes/docs_toc.md
• docs/EditorialWG.md

These should not be acted upon just yet! The EWG has a bit more work to get through before this is done.

The necessary work is now complete, with the exception of the docs_toc revision. The revision is done, but the pull request (#2440) awaits review from the TWG.
