Standardizing how we note imported ontologies in a merged/reasoned version.

I've seen this idiom:

rdfs:comment "Includes Ontology(OntologyID(OntologyIRI(http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/go/never_in_taxon.owl))) [Axioms: 18 Logical Axioms: 0]"

The part of the string Ontology(OntologyID(OntologyIRI etc are artifact of the way that the OWLAPI prints ontologies. Instead I propose that we use the metadata property imported from with the property value being the URI.

If you think that this is stretching the meaning of imported from too far, then I'd proposed we mint a new metadata property.

This comes from OWLTools, and you are write, it's just toString().

Won't be fixed in OWLTools which is being replaced by ROBOT
