[16.0] Account_reconcile_oca missing Manual operation and reconciliation model in reconcile entry menu

Until V14 it was possible to reconcile account move line with manual operation and reconciliation model from the reconcile menu entry

In this view we can see there is no manual operation page and no way to choose the reconciliation model as it was possible to do in the previous version of odoo and in hte same way we can do from the bank statement.

I would know if someone plan to add this features and if it's the case, for what time.
