[v14.0] in_payment doesn't work in expense module

in_payment combination with hr-expense

Describe the bug

In_payment module is not compatible with hr-expense module.

To Reproduce

Affected versions:
14.0

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install hr-expense and in_payment module and account_reconciliation_widget
2. Create Expense and Create Expense Report.
3. Approve --> Post Journal Entries
4. Register Payment --> The status is Paid instead of In Payment

Expected behavior
The status supposed to be In Payment instead of Paid.

Additional context
I tried the version 14.0 in runboat :

and version 16.0 in runboat:

and it works fine.
