[Bug] Fail working when dicomweb json file is so big

Describe the Bug

I am trying to load a CT-PET study which by the looks of it is very large. When I generate the json file to view the dicoms through dicomweb, the viewer does not work. The console does not throw any errors either.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to the url like: http://localhost/viewer/dicomjson?url=http://localhost/descargas/pci/9697/file_envio_4.json

The current behavior

I was expecting the viewer working like always but nothing appears.

The expected behavior

Normal working of the viewer
