@Ender-003 Orwell Dev-C++ 目前最新版还是 5.11

(5.13是一个大佬在疫情期间改的 虽然说Orwell Dev-C++最新的还是5.11,但是建议加上5.13,毕竟这是wiki 毕竟5.13除了缩进和字体有点BUG外其他的优化做得很好 特别是中文错误信息,虽然对大佬来说没用 但是对新手很友好
