Currently, outer limit for on_confirm response is 30s which is not sufficient time for the seller to check inventory and confirm or reject the order. Several participants have requested that we support a deferred on_confirm response that allows the seller to check for inventory and then either accept or reject the order.

Could be immediate for F&B, deferred for fashion
