I have used the search tool and did not find an issue describing my bug.
Operating System of DocumentServer

Version information

Expected Behavior
On large Excel spreadsheets, in the browser-based document editor, changing a cell that triggers conditional formatting far away from it properly refreshes both cell style and text style.
Actual Behavior
On large Excel spreadsheets, in the browser-based document editor, changing a cell that triggers conditional formatting far away from it refreshes the cell style (background color) but not the text style.
Reproduction Steps
Change a number that has far-reaching consequences down in the worksheet:
See this kind of result down the line, some 300+ lines down:
This is what it should look like:
Going back up and reducing the number in the first screenshot again, the formatting ends up like so:
clearly showing there is an issue with the refresh of text formatting.
There is a Conditional Formatting rule that makes the background and text of this specific region white if the number in the screenshots is under 9, or puts the green backgrounds otherwise and gives back its colors to the text.
It refreshes the background color perfectly fine.
However the it doesn't refresh the text formatting properly, and we can see some of it in white over the green cells, until the area is refreshed with a cell "text input" validation (double-click on cell, hit the Enter key.) This is also true of the last screenshot, in which the background is properly refreshed, but not the text, still showing instead of being whited-out.
