.cfg .dat files for NVDLA RTL simulation

For NVDLA RTL simulation, .cfg files which contains the list of register access configurations and .dat files (input & weights) can this be generated with ONNC or any of the tools, scripts provided?

I contacted ITRI and they mentioned that they used Skymizer's ONNC for generating these files. Any help or pointers on how to generate it would be very helpful.
