This doesn't seem to be working as expected.

Skip to main content link is scrolling to #main-content, but not ignoring the tab order of the focusable elements before it.

So when you select tab afterwards, it still puts focus on the first element of the page, not the first element within #main-content

Skip to content is adding tabindex="0" to <main> which is adding it to the tab order, so focus is lost when tabbing back up above <main>
