The floating Urbanite at the top looks weird when there's copy underneath it. Ditto the nav-button at the bottom. Can you consolidate those two at the top and give them solid white space behind them, a la Gawker mobile? If not, I'd rather just cut the Urbanite entirely. Drives me batty.
