Treat try-catch block from `ViewMQStatistics` #6974

Currently

The try-catch block is just print the strack trace.

What will be done

Use the log system already used in the code;
Preserve interrupt status, allowing other parts of the code or external libraries that check interrupt status to respond appropriately.
