It would be helpful to set up a warning before or during a simulation if the box size is too small. We noticed an issue in in the fragmenting cylinder example, when using:

The box must contain all particles at all steps - this wouldn't be an initial check, but throughout the simulation. If we ran that problem half as long the box size would be sufficient
