PROJ-JNI 2.0 released

PROJ-JNI 2.0 has been released. The major version number is incremented because the org.kortforsyningen.proj package has been renamed org.osgeo.proj, but except for this name change the 2.0 release is compatible with the 1.0 release.

PROJ-JNI 2.0 can be run on Java 8 or latter. This is a multi-version JAR file for providing module-info to Java 9+ users. Unless objections are raised on #65, the next PROJ-JNI release will require Java 11.

Next PROJ-JNI release will tentatively be 2.1. This project uses semantic versioning, meaning that 2.1 will be backward compatible with 2.0.
