Запускаем на наборе репозиториев
Проверяем последние коммиты по каждому файлу
Результаты собираем в csv таблицу (

колонки -

  • github автора,
  • дата коммита,
  • id коммита
  • github у кого списал,
  • дата коммита человека, у которого списали
  • ссылка файл списавшего
  • ссылка файл списываемого
  • метрики плагиата
