L-1-1 misaligned #20
Comments
13BL-1-1_p1 misaligned (didn't seem many cands before I ctrl-c'd). |
13BL-1-1_p11 misaligned. |
fk_13BL-1-1_s9 middle image misaligned. |
13BL-1-1_p1 misaligned. |
All three above moved to 2013B-L/quarantine. |
Brett reports L-1-1 CHIP 2 misaligned. This may be repeat of the _p1 report above (p1 = CHIP2, right)? |
@brettgladman @ijiraq if you find any more, could you please accept the first bad candidate (to make sure file creation is triggered) and then check what is the most recent file in the directory you are placing output in? Reporting the 'fk_13BL-2-1_p4' part of the file ID is much faster than me working through/guessing if it was an fk or genuine file. |
Ouch. I think my wrists just got slapped On Tuesday, June 17, 2014, Michele Bannister [email protected]

I'm getting paranoid I'm going to move the wrong file... |
Looking at fk_L-1-1_s9 in detail this failure appears to be caused by the image quality checks in step1jmp rejecting some sources in frame 1656891s09 as the FWHM of that image is 4.07 and thus step1jmp is being run with a -w parameter of 5 re-running this with the -w parameter set to 4 keeps the few bright sources that are available and enables step2jmp to successfully find the translation between the frames. |
fk_13BL-1-1_s9 misaligned.
