This exists? Huh. I'm actually planning to cover something similar at BarCamp. I can make a note to update the guide unless you want to take care of it.

Also, Let's Encrypt is of no relevance here unless you're hosting an 'ircd' (IRC server) yourself. And, honestly, I think using the PKI for that is harmful anyways.

@clinew I guess it's nice if you're using something like self hosted Glowing Bear Lets Encrypt is very useful.

I'll just make a Pull Request if I think it's a useful addition to the post 😉
