We provide the bot (via configuration) with a list of GitHub organizations to scan the repositories in. Each repository should have an index.md file with the metadata we need. (Juice Shop has this now.) If you need more metadata added to index.md, such as project type (docs, deliberately insecure app, etc), determine that. #8
