What is missing or needs to be updated?

The cheat sheet recommends for runtime hardening the EMET tool, but it was discontinued in 2018 and the link: microsoft.com/emet is dead

How should this be resolved?

Remove EMET since it cannot be downloaded from Microsoft and is not supported since Windows 10 version 1703, add(?) info about its discontinuation and recommend the new tools like, according to wikipedia:

The successors to EMET are the ProcessMitigations module Process Mitigation Management Tool and the Windows Defender Exploit Guard only available on Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016

Agreed: this is a lazy ask but can you give us a PR?
