The map catches the cursor and zooms in and out

Describe the bug
While scrolling down the homepage the map get the attention and then just zooms in and out rather for the website going up and down

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '(https://nest.owasp.org/)'
   2.Scroll down(Maybe if you are fast you won't notice)
   But if you are slow enough you can notice that the maps expands out of nowhere while scrolling because is caught by the cursor which is not a good user experience

Expected behavior
The map expands only when clicked on and scrolled on mouse

Hey! I noticed this zoom/scroll map bug has been in the backlog for a couple of weeks without any assignee or movement. I’m eager to pick it up and improve the UX here. If it’s still open to work on, can you assign it to me? I’m ready to clear up any questions and move it forward. Thanks!
