Multiple Diagrams: copy diagrams from edit page

Describe what problem your feature request solves:

At present it is not possible to copy a diagram from the 'Edit' project page. This feature was present in version 1.x but was not carried over to version 2.x

Describe the solution you'd like:

Bring this feature, which used to have a Duplicate button, from version 1.x into version 2.x
