Direct (unsophisticated) Vault user to the documentation explaining (fixed) liquidation penalty and flip auction mechanism. Users should be warned about Collateral Auction and factors affecting actual collateral loss if liquidated.

Current UI text:

Liq fee: 13.00%
Liquidation Fee
The fee that is added to the total outstanding DAI debt when a liquidation occurs.
