[LFG] Suggestion: Allow LFG without voice channel

Feature Description
Either:

A. Add a way to disable the voice channel requirement, bypassing the value for the voice channel and/or separate template for non-voice requests similar to the lfg without any further fields.

B. Allow toggling the "You are not in a voice channel" error, if the above cannot be done. (see below)

Alternatives Considered
I have considered using the Defender cog warden module for this but I really do not want to due to amount of time required + the current LFG command invoked without voice would result in "You are not in a voice channel" regardless. I do not want split systems handling a single task.

Additional Context
Our current LFG system works well and has for a long time. However, as it grows past more and more tens of thousands of members, we would like to enforce using the LFG system and not requiring a voice channel entry would work well as an enforced post template requiring certain values.
