@aschenkels-ictstudio ,

I've just completed an installation script for AerooDOCS and AerooLib inspired by your Pentaho installation script.

If you have time i'd highly value your insight or advice on how I could improve the script:

https://github.com/OdooCommunityWidgets/install-scripts/blob/8.0/aeroo_reports/aeroo_install.sh

Once this has been tested I plan to create another installation script for Jasper Reports in a similar vein, and eventually build an Ubuntu Server Edition-style installation wizard into my fork of your install script here:

https://github.com/lukebranch/odoo-install-scripts/blob/8.0/odoo-saas4/ubuntu-14-04/odoo_install.sh

To allow for the selection of packages to install (eg, reporting engines, OCA repositories, etc.) during the installation process.

As you are watching this repository i've decided to ping you.

This installation script is ready for testing in Ubuntu 14.04 for Odoo 8:

https://github.com/OdooCommunityWidgets/install-scripts/blob/8.0/aeroo_reports/aeroo_install.sh

instructions are in this forum post:

https://www.odoo.com/forum/help-1/question/8-0-how-can-i-install-the-official-aeroo-reports-alistek-for-odoo-version-8-solved-installation-script-76044

If you do test it please comment back if you run into any errors.
