HTTP Error 500.30 - ASP.NET Core app failed to start

when I enable the STDOUT logs i found this error

Unhandled exception. System.ApplicationException: AzureAd ApplicationIdUri is missing in the configuration file.

but i cannot find the configuration file

I already search here for same issue , i found 2 posts , one of them was migration and my issue with fresh installation
and the second solved privately

Thanks for reaching out to us!
Could you please share the zipped manifest files uploaded to teams. So that we can investigate further.
Also can you share the screenshot of the status of deployment center of the app service and 3 function apps.
Go to Azure Portal --> Go to Resource Group where you have deployed CC app --> Select App Service type resource --> Go to Deployment Center --> Click on logs
Repeat the same steps for 3 function apps and share the screenshots.

i didn't make the teams step yet , i got the error when i browse the web app

the 4 resources webapp and 3 function apps are success (active )

Hello @samer19882,
Could you please complete all the steps mentioned in deployment guide – DeploymentGuide and then let us know if the error persists.
And also share the screenshot of branch name and repo url.
Go to Azure Portal --> Go to Resource group where CC app is deployed --> Click on App service resource type --> Deployment center --> settings --> Take the screenshot

I just make the manifest files and add them to teams but still same issue,
