2. 1st question returns the answer, however 2nd question always gives [Idid not find match] answer even though just clicking the button from the answer.

FAQ plus does not give answer back if it is asked from the button inside the answer.

If I copy and paste the second question from the button, then it gives answer.

Hi @nona020,

This is similar to below issue, a bug related to multi-turn not working, however if user types or copy and paste, the response is received. We've added it to our backlog and address it in future releases.
