Scripts folder and its contents

I tried to get this up and running for 3 days now to no success. This seems to be the same app as the one in the Microsoft Teams - Teamwork Solution Demo which no longer works due to it missing the :
service url resource.
The issue with this package that it is missing the Scripts folder (on C drive in the lab) and while I can set the lab up and go through the exercises, when I am trying to deploy the app outside the lab environment, I am not able to. I matched the node version on my machine to match the lab environment too, but I still keep getting errors like 502 bad gateway errors, and in the lab environment they do not happen.
Can you add to the ReadMe the exact versions of the tools we need to run this with? : node, gulp, npm as well as the Scripts folder with the scripts and contents to get this running?
